NOTICE OF IMPOSITION OF CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
ON JÉRÉMIE BENARROSH’S LICENCE

NOTICE is hereby given that Jérémie Benarrosh, also known under Jeremy Benaroch, real estate broker, licence number H3010, whose establishment is located in Westmount, has had a restriction imposed on his licence, following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), pursuant to section 38 (3°) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act.
On October 2, 2024, the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee imposed the following restriction on Mr. Benarrosh’s licence:
a. The licence holder shall be prohibited from carrying on real estate brokerage activities on his own account, until the Syndic’s decision not to file a complaint or until the final and binding decision of the Discipline Committee on the complaint filed by the Syndic.
If Mr. Benarrosh fails to comply with the restriction imposed, his right to carry out real estate brokerage activities will be suspended until he does so.
This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting broker’s and agency licences.
The decision became enforceable on November 4th, 2024.
