NOTICE OF IMPOSITION OF CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
ON FARIDA TOOKHI’S LICENCE

NOTICE is hereby given that Farida Tookhi, residential real estate broker, licence number J4929, whose establishment is located in Longueuil, has had conditions and restrictions imposed on her licence following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), pursuant to section 37 (3) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act.

On October 2, 2024, the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee imposed the following conditions and restrictions on Farida Tookhi’s licence:

  1. For up to 24 months following her licence issuance, she shall be prohibited from carrying on real estate brokerage activities on her own account.
  2. Within 30 days of her licence issuance, the applicant shall send the Organization’s Registry Service a signed undertaking from her agency executive officer by which the latter undertakes to supervise the applicant, according to the supervision plan in place, for her first 10 transactions or, if not, for the 24 months following her licence issuance.
  3. The applicant shall send the follow-up report drawn up in accordance with paragraph (b) to the Organization’s Registry Service following the completion of her first 10 transactions or, if not, within 24 months of her licence issuance.
  4. In the event of any agency change during the period mentioned in paragraph (b), the applicant must enter into a new undertaking under the same conditions with the new agency and send a copy thereof to the Organization’s Registry Service within 30 days following the agency change.
  5. The 24-month period shall end only upon the completion of this period with an active real estate broker's licence.
  6. The 24-month period shall be suspended in the event the applicant suspends or revokes her real estate broker's licence.

Should the applicant fail to comply with the above conditions and restrictions, her real estate broker's licence shall be suspended until she does so.

This notice became enforceable on November 6th, 2024.

This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting broker’s and agency licences.
