NOTICE is hereby given that Dominic Blouin, former real estate broker, licence No. D4357, whose establishment was located in St-Basile-le-Grand, has been found guilty by the OACIQ Discipline Committee of the offence summarized below:

Count 1: During the investigation conducted by the assistant syndic, concerning immovables, did not collaborate by omitting or neglecting to send two brokerage contracts to the investigator and the assistant syndic, on three occasions as of October 13, November 8, 2011 and January 25, 2012.

On June 15, 2015, the Discipline Committee ordered the suspension of Dominic Blouin's licence (No. D4357) for a period of eight (8) months, to be served whenever he becomes a licence holder again.

This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting the issue of broker’s and agency licences (R.R.Q., c. C-73.2, r.3).
