Be advised that on September 19, 2024, the OACIQ Discipline Committee ordered that the real estate broker’s licence of Mr. Fedner Saint-Jean, whose establishment is located in Anjou, be suspended from October 24, 2024 to May 24, 2025, for committing the following offences:

Count 1: Between or about November 4 and 26, 2020, to enable the promisor-buyer to obtain a mortgage loan and purchase an immovable, claimed and collected an amount of $4,000 from the promisor-buyer's spouse to obtain forged documents to artificially enhance the promisor-buyer's financial profile.

Count 2: Between or about September 1, 2020 and January 1, 2021, concerning an immovable, sent insulting remarks to the promisor-buyer's spouse via text messaging.
