AEO in the commercial brokerage field

In the industrial or commercial brokerage field, running an agency has significant distinctive features. In particular, you must ensure that your brokers:

• make use of general and special rules of law;
• perform a financial analysis of a real estate or enterprise project;
• estimate the asset value correctly.

All these operations must, of course, be carried out by acting ethically, responsibly and in accordance with the Real Estate Brokerage Act and its regulations. Therefore, you need to monitor your brokers so that they can act in this way.
