Professional Liability Insurance Decision-making Committee (PLIDC)
The Professional Liability Insurance Decision-making Committee is a decision-making body, created following the revision of some of the legislation governing the financial sector. It results, more specifically, from the creation the Insurers Act. Since June 13, 2019, the OACIQ Board of Directors has been exercising, among other things, the functions and powers relating to professional liability insurance through the PLIDC.
The members, appointed by the OACIQ Board of Directors, are:

- Louis-Georges Pelletier
- Marc Simard
- Michel Léonard
