NOTICE OF SUSPENSION
OF MS. LILLIAN LUTKUS’ LICENCE

NOTICE is hereby given that Ms. Lillian Lutkus, former real estate broker (licence no. D7985), whose establishment was located in Laval, has notably been found guilty by the Discipline Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ) of the offences summarized below:
1st count: As of or around October 3, 2009, concerning immovables, did not collaborate with a real estate agent by failing, neglecting or refusing to send him the additional information he had specifically requested regarding the said immovables, thus committing an offence under section 40 of the Rules of Professional Ethics of the ACAIQ.
2nd count: As of or around October 8, 2009, concerning immovables, did not collaborate with the Analyst from the OACIQ Assistance Department by failing, neglecting or refusing to respond to his requests to send to a real estate agent the additional information he had specifically requested regarding the said immovables, thus committing an offence under section 16 of the Rules of Professional Ethics of the ACAIQ.
On February 28, 2014, the Discipline Committee ordered a suspension of Ms. Lillian Lutkus’ real estate broker’s licence (licence no. D7985) for a period of thirty (30) days, on each of the counts no. 1 and 2 of the formal complaint, to be served consecutively to each other.
Given that Ms. Lillian Lutkus is no longer a licence holder, her licence will be suspended for a period of sixty (60) days whenever she becomes a licence holder again.
This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting the issue of broker’s and agency licences (R.R.Q., c. C-73.2, r.3).
