Be advised that on August 28, 2024, the OACIQ Discipline Committee ordered that the real estate broker’s licence of Mr. Simon Viger, whose establishment is located in Boucherville, be suspended from October 4 to December 2, 2024, for committing the following offences:

Count 1: In Boucherville, on or about December 19, 2020, as part of the sale of Immovable 1 belonging to the company of his real estate broker colleague, let the latter enter his name on the promise to purchase as intermediary, without actually acting in that capacity.

Count 2:  In Boucherville, as part of the purchase of immovables by his teammate's company, let her enter his name as intermediary, without actually acting as such, for the following transactions:

1. a)As of or around December 2, 2021, for Immovable 2, the promise to purchase;
2. b) As of or around April 4, 2022, for Immovable 3, the promise to purchase;
3. c) As of or around August 12, 2022, for Immovable 4, the promise to purchase.
